Orders and Pickup

Orders are confirmed upon validation by our team. Payment is made upon pickup. Failure to pick up your order within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon pickup.

Limitation of Liability

AMEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Tunisian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
